Our Year 2 pupils have been inspired by their current class text, Grandad's Island, and have written some superb descriptions.  The children have focused on their vocabulary choices and have learnt about using adjectives to describe a noun.  They have also learnt about similes.  We think these descriptions are fantastic, well done Year 2.
